Nano2Image Help and FAQ

Simple answers about signing in, credits, uploads, downloads, image history, privacy, safety, and common editing problems.

Getting started

Sign in, choose the right page, and use Nano2Image on your device.
Nano2Image helps you create and edit images in your browser. You can upload a photo, describe what you want to change, replace a background, make a transparent PNG, or turn a photo into line art.
Yes. You need an account before creating or editing an image. This lets us track your credits, keep your recent images, and help with billing if something goes wrong.
Yes. Nano2Image works on phones, tablets, and computers. If uploading or downloading feels slow, try Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox with a stable connection.

Credits and payments

Credits, prices, paid plans, cancellations, and refunds.
A credit is used when Nano2Image creates or edits an image for you. The editor shows the credit cost before you click generate, so you can decide first.
Check the pricing page for the latest plans and credit packs. That page is the best place to confirm what is included before you pay.
Yes. You can cancel from your account. In most cases, your paid access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds depend on when you paid and how much the account has been used. Read the refund policy or email support from the address you used to pay.

Files and downloads

Upload photos, download results, and find recent images.
You can upload common image files such as JPG, PNG, and WebP. Clear, well-lit photos usually work better than dark, blurry, or very crowded images.
Use a photo that is clear enough to show the important details. Very tiny images can look soft, while very large files may take longer to upload.
When the image is ready, use the download button in the editor. If nothing happens, check your browser download settings or try again on a computer.
If you were signed in, check your history page. Some older images may not stay available forever, so download important results when you finish.
This can happen if the file type is not supported, the file is too large, the connection drops, or the image cannot be processed. Try a smaller JPG or PNG and refresh the page.

Use, privacy, and rules

Using images for work, privacy, and what Nano2Image cannot help with.
It depends on your plan and whether you had the right to use the images you uploaded. Before using results for ads, client work, products, or resale, review the Terms.
Nano2Image uses uploaded photos to create your requested edit, manage your account, and keep the service working. For details, read the Privacy Policy.
Do not use Nano2Image for illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or stolen content. Some requests may be blocked if they break the rules.
No. Do not use Nano2Image to remove watermarks, ownership marks, or brand marks from images you do not have permission to edit.
No. These answers are only product support. For copyright, trademark, licensing, or client work questions, ask a qualified professional.

Fixing common problems

What to try when the result looks wrong or an edit does not finish.
This can happen when the instruction is too broad. Tell Nano2Image what must stay the same, such as the same face, same product shape, same pose, or same layout.
Hair, glass, shadows, reflections, busy backgrounds, and low-contrast photos are harder to edit. Try a clearer photo or describe the edit more specifically.
Refresh the editor, check your connection, and try a smaller image. If credits were used but you did not get a result, email support with your account email and the time it happened.
Say what you want changed and what should stay the same. A short, clear instruction usually works better than a long list of styles.
