Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nano2image.com and Nano2Image's related image creation and editing services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the Service only with that consent. You are responsible for your account, the activity under it, and the accuracy of information you provide.

2. Your content and generated results

You keep your rights in prompts and files you upload. You give us the limited permission needed to host, transmit, process, and display that content to operate, secure, and support the Service.

We do not claim ownership of the results generated for you. Subject to applicable law, these Terms, and the rights of others, you may use your results for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for confirming that your inputs and intended use do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

3. AI services and results

The Service may use our systems and third-party technologies to process requests. AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to results created for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You should review results before relying on, publishing, or using them commercially. We do not guarantee that a result is unique or eligible for intellectual property protection.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and payment

Current plans, prices, included credits, billing periods, and other benefits are shown on the Pricing page or at checkout. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Taxes and currency conversion may apply.

Credits are units for accessing Service features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are deducted when eligible features are used. Any plan-specific credit rules or benefits shown when you purchase form part of these Terms.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the billing controls available in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless otherwise stated, your current subscription benefits continue until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.

Refund eligibility and processing are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Create, upload, or distribute unlawful, exploitative, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
  • Impersonate, defraud, harass, exploit, or harm another person, including through deceptive synthetic media.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use or violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Disrupt the Service, bypass safeguards or usage limits, introduce malware, automate abusive requests, or gain unauthorized access.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

7. Service availability and enforcement

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may remove content or restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, address security or payment risks, or prevent abuse.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every result will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nano2Image is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Changes and contact

We may update the Service or these Terms. We will post the current version and effective date on this page. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where required. Questions may be sent to support@nano2image.com.
