Refund Policy

At nano2image, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions and credit packs purchased on nano2image.com.

1. Subscription Refunds

First Purchase

All subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise) come with a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

Renewal Refunds

If your subscription renews and you forgot to cancel, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge, provided you have not used any credits from the new billing cycle.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period. Unused credits from future installments will not be granted after cancellation.

2. Credit Pack Refunds

One-time credit packs (Standard, Value, and Professional) may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the purchased credits have been used.

  • Standard Pack (80 credits): refundable if fewer than 16 credits used
  • Value Pack (200 credits): refundable if fewer than 40 credits used
  • Professional Pack (400 credits): refundable if fewer than 80 credits used

3. Refunds Are Not Available For

  • Credits that have already been consumed (used for image generation)
  • Free registration bonus credits
  • Guest trial generations
  • Change of mind after the eligible refund window has passed
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated image results (image quality varies by prompt)

4. Automatic Credit Refunds

If an image generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit used for that generation is automatically refunded to your account. No action is needed on your part.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@nano2image.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are different actions:

  • Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to your plan and remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund returns payment for an eligible purchase. Upon refund, any credits granted from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. No refund is issued automatically upon cancellation.

7. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or unauthorized transaction), please contact us immediately at support@nano2image.com. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed billing error regardless of the standard refund window.

8. Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied and you disagree with the decision, you may:

  • Reply to the denial email with additional information for a second review
  • File a dispute with your payment provider or card issuer
  • Contact consumer protection authorities in your jurisdiction

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
